Sixteen years in one city
We only work in Bangalore. That's deliberate. It means our carpenters know which apartment blocks have service-lift restrictions, our designers know which layouts the local authorities will pass, and our project managers can be on your site the same morning you call.
It also means our reputation is local and unhideable. A bad handover in Whitefield is known in Indiranagar by the weekend. That keeps us honest more effectively than any process document.
Today we're 120 designers and a factory of our own. We still take every project the same way: measure first, quote fully, then build.
From one room to a factory

Two people, one room
GK started as a studio above a hardware shop in Indiranagar, taking one project at a time.

We stopped subcontracting
Carpenters came onto the payroll — the people who build it should answer for it.

Our own factory
Production moved into a dedicated modular factory, so the finish is the same project after project.

The 45-day move-in guarantee and the flat 10-year warranty went into writing.

Designers, project managers and site crew are on our payroll — not a marketplace of strangers. The person who draws your kitchen answers for it on handover day.
The quote is the price
We itemise everything before you sign and we don't revise it midway. If we've under-quoted, that's our mistake to absorb, not your surprise to fund.
Deadlines with consequences
45 days from design sign-off. We put the penalty in writing, because a promise without a cost attached isn't a promise.
Built to be lived in
Moisture-resistant cores, soft-close hardware, finishes chosen for Bangalore's humidity. Beautiful on day one is easy; we build for year nine.
