Why we won't quote a flat rate
Four things decide your figure. Anyone quoting before they know these is guessing — and you'll meet the difference later.
Carpet area
The single biggest factor. More running feet of kitchen and wardrobe means more material and more labour — it scales almost linearly.
Finish level
Laminate to acrylic to imported veneer can double the same layout. It's the easiest place to spend and the easiest place to save.
Civil work
Knocking down walls, moving plumbing, re-doing flooring. A cosmetic refresh and a gut renovation are different projects at the same square footage.
Hardware
Hinges, channels and lift-ups are what you touch every day for ten years. We don't recommend saving here, and we'll tell you why.
