Yes — that's the whole craft. Decking goes on adjustable pedestals with drainage running underneath, so water reaches the existing slab drains and nothing is glued down against the membrane. If the tanking is already failing we'll tell you before we build over it, not after.
Composite or IPE decking, powder-coated aluminium and teak frames, all-weather rope weave, and IP65-rated lighting. Anything that can't take three months of rain shouldn't live outdoors — we keep those pieces to a covered zone under the pergola.
For a rooftop or anything touching the façade, usually yes — most Bangalore associations treat the terrace and elevation as common property. We design so it's reversible where it needs to be, and we'll tell you which parts need a sign-off before you commit.
Drip irrigation on a timer and self-watering planters, species-matched to how much sun that corner actually gets. We plant for the light you have, not the garden on the brochure — which is why they're still alive when you get back.
